An exceptional landmark in terms of its marvelous construction and architecture that flawlessly blends the past with the present, the palace is located in Aba Saud city on an approximate area of 625 square meters. Construction work of the place started in early 1362 (AH) during the reign of King Abdul Aziz, and was finished in 1363 (AH) to be the ruling palace and the Sharia court at that time. The palace has 60 rooms and forms a whole integrated citadel, surrounded by a high fence and guarded by four circular-shaped towers, where each corner of every tower is an added beauty to this spectacular construction. A water well still exists in the inner yard of the palace and it is believed to be the source of water for the residents of the palace after it was built. Many indicators also assume that this water well goes back-back to the pre-Islam period, since the lower part of it is constructed with clay bricks, the same material used in water wells before Islam. There is a parking area in front of the palace. . . يشكل قصر الأمارة معلماً استثنائيًا من حيث البناء والهندسة المعمارية المميزة التي تمزج الماضي مع الحاضر، ويقع القصر في مدينة "أبا سعود" على مساحة تقريبية تبلغ 625 متر مربع، وقد بدأت أعمال البناء للمكان في أوائل عام 1362هـ في عهد الملك عبد العزيز، وانتهى في عام 1363هـ ليكون في ذلك الوقت قصر الحكم والمحكمة الشرعية. يُعتبر المبنى قلعة متكاملة يضم 60 غرفة محاطة بسور مرتفع تحرسه أربعة أبراج، حيث يضيف كل برج جمالًا إضافيًا للبناء، ويوجد بئر ماء في الفناء الداخلي للقصر، ويعتقد أنها كانت تمثّل مصدر الماء الرئيسي لسكّان القصر بعد أن تم بناؤه، والعديد من المؤشرات تفترض أن البئر يعود إلى فترة ما قبل الإسلام، حيث أن الجزء السفلي منه مبني بالطوب الطيني، وهي نفس المادة المستخدمة في آبار الماء قبل الإسلام. . . أقرب مطار: مطار نجران الإقليمي، و الذي يقع على بعد 38.5 كم من قصر الامارة. يتوفر منطقة لصف السيارات حول القصر
